Do you provide International delivery?

 

We do not currently provide International delivery; however, this is a service we would like to offer in the future. Kindly subscribe to stay updated.

How do I return an item?

 

Your item is to be returned to our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. Please refer to our returns policy for the terms and conditions.

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy can be found at the bottom of our website under “Refunds & Returns”.

How do I track my order?

 

Following the confirmation of the order email, the customer will receive a shipping email when the order has been dispatched. Therein will be tracking information.

For flat rate standard shipping, the customer can contact Sendle via their website (Contact Us).

For express shipping, Australia Post can be contacted at 131318.
